An excellent idea. An everyday problem. A genuinely useful project for Singapore’s service industry. Move Move Movers is putting the journey into the property at the heart of better planning—and we are all for it.
Created by Move Move Movers. Recommended and used as a planning reference by HSS.

The team behind the guideThe destination is an address. The job is a route. Move Move’s guide takes that distinction seriously.
We love projects that make the whole industry think more carefully. This is one of them. A home service is not only the work inside a room; it is also how the team, tools and equipment get there. Giving that often-overlooked part of the job its own thoughtful resource is a fantastic contribution.
What makes the idea so compelling is its usefulness beyond a move. A cleaner bringing equipment, a handyman carrying long furniture panels, an aircon team arriving at a managed building: different jobs, the same need for a better arrival conversation. This is the kind of project Singapore’s service industry should be cheering for.

Available access references retain their sources and site-specific scope.
Use entry, loading, lift, booking and registration questions to prepare the job.
Coverage is growing. A mapped site may have no verified access details. Confirm current rules with its operator.
Our view: access-aware planning belongs in the brief for every service that brings people, tools or equipment to a property. Here is how we would use the idea.
A sofa does not travel straight from the lorry to the living room. Plan the carrying route, lift reservation, protective coverings and collection or delivery sequence before the crew arrives.
Cleaning is easier to coordinate when the customer, cleaner and property contact agree on entry, key handover and equipment unloading. For a handover, align that arrival with the other teams using the home.
An aircon appointment may involve ladders, tools or replacement units—not just a technician at the door. Ask about contractor check-in, the equipment route and any work-specific building requirements.
Flat packs, long panels and installation tools deserve an arrival plan too. Confirm where they can be brought in, whether a service lift is needed and when the agreed work can take place.
Knowing who can admit the tradesperson and who can authorise building-related arrangements makes the brief more useful. Separate the access discussion from the technical assessment and any required approvals.
Commercial jobs need a site-specific conversation. Give the building or facility team the scope, vehicle and worker details, then confirm loading arrangements, protection and the permitted service window.
03 / Behind the HSS booking
We are making this useful work part of our own service workflow. HSS uses Move Move’s guide as a site-access planning reference when preparing booking access briefs.
Book with an access briefOr discuss your site on WhatsApp ↗Start a booking or WhatsApp conversation with the service, building and preferred date. For moving, include both addresses.
Our booking workflow prepares an access brief using Move Move’s guide as its reference, alongside the details you provide.
Our team uses the brief to discuss entry, unloading, lifts and site requirements. Missing information remains a question, not an assumed approval.
The customer or receiving contact confirms the current rules with management or the operator. We plan around the agreed job arrangements.
Reference-led planning, with human confirmation. This is not a live API connection, automatic access approval or a guarantee that a vehicle or item will fit.
Use these HSS planning questions with the guide and your building contact. Ask what applies to the actual job—not what might have applied to a previous visit.
Ask for the approved vehicle entrance—not simply the address pin or visitor drop-off.
Confirm the loading location, permitted waiting, unloading window and route into the building.
Check clearance, steps, corridor turns and the actual lift door and cabin against what you are bringing.
Ask whether a lift or loading slot, contractor registration, deposit or work application is required.
Identify the receiving contact, check-in process and any coverings needed for shared spaces.
Confirm the exact site, scope, route and date with its operator. Keep unresolved questions in the brief.
Move Move Movers created and operates the guide at movemove.biz. Home Service Singapore is promoting our moving partner’s project and uses it as a site-access planning reference. The guide and its original work belong to Move Move Movers.
A cleaner, aircon technician, handyman and mover all need to reach the property with the right people and equipment. The shared value is the planning conversation: the entrance, unloading arrangement, site contact and any building requirements. The exact checks depend on the service.
Not necessarily. Coverage is growing, and some listings contain location information only. Read each reference’s source and scope, and confirm current arrangements with the site operator. A map location is not a confirmed vehicle entrance.
Our booking workflow prepares a site-access brief with a reference link to Move Move’s guide and practical checks for the job. The HSS team reviews the brief with the customer. This is reference-led planning, not a live guide API, automatic access verification or permission to dispatch.
No. Approval and reservations must come from the relevant management or site operator. Confirm the actual vehicle, item dimensions, receiving contact, work scope and date. A published specification or previous note does not authorise the next job.
Send the service you need, building name or address, preferred date, receiving contact and any management instructions you already have. Add photos or dimensions for bulky items and equipment. For a move, send both pickup and delivery details.
Good work deserves to be shared
