HSS / 00HSS service checklist

One HSS standard across every service

Every job follows the same control points: a usable brief, written scope, the right specialist, and a checkable closeout.

01

Before booking

  • Service type, location, preferred date and access notes
  • Photos, quantities and the outcome you need
  • Known constraints, add-ons and approval requirements

02

On service day

  • Scope and arrival window reconfirmed
  • Work matched to the right service discipline
  • Changes paused for approval before extra work starts

03

After the job

  • Completed scope checked against the brief
  • Exceptions and next actions recorded clearly
  • One HSS contact remains available for follow-up

Access Planning · Referencing Move Move Movers

A better arrival plan is now part of the intake record

Our backend prepares a service-specific access-planning brief for booking and lead submissions, referencing Move Move Movers’ excellent Moving & Site Access Guide. Relevant entry, equipment-route and work-window questions travel with the request, ready for human confirmation before scheduling.

This is a planning-reference integration, not a live building-rules API or automatic entry approval. The actual route, date and work must still be confirmed with the site operator.

The Operating Promise

One accountable HSS experience, even when the job crosses several trades

You brief HSS, approve the written HSS scope, and return to HSS if something needs follow-up. We coordinate the specialist assignment, timing and service record behind that single customer journey.

Before

A usable brief and written scope before dispatch.

During

Approval before material changes or additional work.

After

A checkable closeout and one route for follow-up.

Five Specialist Playbooks

The control points change with the work

Moving needs access and inventory control. Cleaning needs a defined finish. Repairs need diagnosis, approvals and the correct safety boundary. Each service uses its own HSS passport.

HSS / 01Specialist Playbook

Moving control, from inventory to placement

The move is planned around item volume, access conditions and destination priorities—not treated as transport alone.

01

Before booking

  • Item list or walkthrough video, including bulky or fragile pieces
  • Pickup and delivery access, lifts, stairs and parking constraints
  • Move date, packing needs, dismantling and disposal add-ons

02

On service day

  • Inventory and access plan reconfirmed before loading
  • Protection, labelling and destination sequence kept visible
  • Scope changes approved before extra handling is added

03

After the job

  • Major items checked at the destination
  • Placement, assembly and exceptions recorded
  • Final walkthrough closes the moving brief
